How to get your items?
1. Order
Browse our store and add items to your cart. Once you are done adding to your cart, proceed to checkout. The minimum purchase amount is $5!
Please know that a Nintendo Online subscription is required for online play. Since you will be interacting with our staff via online, you will need to have a subscription before you are able to receive your items.
2. Live Chat
After you have made your purchase, please head over to our Live Chat (message icon on the bottom right-hand side of the page). A staff member will assist you within 5 minutes.

3. Open Gates
Almost all items will be delivered to your island with the exception of villagers or islands, which requires you coming to our island.
In order to open your island gates to allow our staff to drop off your items you must navigate to your airport in-game and speak with Orville. Select the following dialogue prompts:
"I want visitors" → "Via online play" → "Roger!" → "Invite via Dodo Code™" → "The more the merrier!" → "Yeah, invite anyone"
